6. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

Payments must be made using valid and authorized payment methods
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or account termination.
7. Suspension and Termination

You violate this Agreement

Your actions pose a risk to the Platform or other users
Your account remains inactive for an extended period
Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMSFORCE SYSTEMS shall not be liable for:

Unauthorized access to user accounts
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
9. Modifications to Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
